SUPREME COURT TO HEAR ARGUMENTS ON FEDERAL VAXX MANDATES ON 1-7-22

The fate of federal health care worker and private employee mandates will come before the U.S. Supreme Court on 1-7-22. The health care workers at facilities receiving Medicare or Medicaid reimbursement may or may not have to be vaccinated. Currently there's a split on this issue with two appeals courts. Also, the court will decide if the federal government can impose a vaccine mandate under OSHA rules for businesses with 100+ employees. Or, will the court leave the issues up to the states as required under the reserve clause of the 10th amendment? Featuring Kansas University Law Professor Richard Levy, Atlanta trial attorney Page Pate, Florida Gov Ron Desantis.
