SECURING BIPARTISAN PLEDGES TO IMPEACH THE PRESIDENT AND V.P. FOR FAILING TO PROTECT THE U.S. FROM FOREIGN INVASION?
For GOP Congressional candidate John Dady, both the President and the Vice President have failed to defend the nation from foreign invasion; the mass influx of illegal immigrants at the southern border and the administration's alleged omissions is proof-positive, Dady says.
Mr. Dady is running for Missouri's 6th-Congressional seat, and he refers to the "Guaranty Clause," Article 4, section 4 of the Constitution--which compels the Executive Branch to protect the U.S. from foreign invasion.
Mr. Dady says he will seek "pledges" from House reps and Senators now, supporting a future impeachment resolution which he will co-sponsor, if and when he is elected.
With polls showing a significant GOP edge in the mid-terms, the possibility of a GOP majority in both chambers, and a consequent impeachment resolution in early '23 is likely, say some pundits.
