DID THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION OF 2020 VIOLATE AN ACT OF CONGRESS?

The U.S. may have held a presidential election in 2020 which violate its own laws. This according to Congressional candidate and conservative media pundit John Dady (R. Mo.) The applicable Act of Congress calls for same-day voting only. The Presidential Election Day Act of 1845 provides for a uniform, national day of election for president on the first Tuesday following the first Monday in November, every four years. Therefore, early voting, weeks in advance, with ballot boxes, mail-ins and even in-person early voting would appear to be in violation of this Congressional Act, says Candidate Dady.
